Whilst our group sessions are fantastic fun, sometimes a group environment isn’t the right fit for your schedule, your training goals, or your dog. Whether you are completely new to the game and want a quiet introduction, an experienced team looking to iron out a technical trailing hitch, or a handler wanting a specialist nosework hobby you can do entirely on your own, our private one to one sessions give you our undivided attention and expert coaching.

We work entirely at your pace in real world environments, ensuring that every session is a fun, highly rewarding partnership for both ends of the lead.

1. Private Mantrailing Coaching (In-Person 121)

Perfect for foundation training, problem-solving, and anxious or reactive dogs.

Mantrailing is an incredible sport, but a busy group setting can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our private one to one trailing sessions are entirely tailored to your team's specific experience level. Away from the pressure of other dogs, we can soley focus on reading your dog, mastering your line handling, building motivation and problem solving.

Who it’s for: Absolute beginners looking for a calm, comprehensive introduction to trailing; Intermediate teams troubleshooting specific issues like casting, double blinds, junction work, or loss of drive; and reactive or sensitive dogs who need a safe, controlled environment to work successfully.

What we cover: Foundation principles, building confidence and decision making, line management, trailing through environmental distractions, handling errors, and reading negative indications.

2. Sport Tracking & Article Search - The Solo Hybrid

The ultimate low-impact, high-focus nosework game you can play on your own.

Love trailing but struggle with the logistics of a group? Or want an intense, rewarding scent game you can play between your regular Mantrailing sessions? Our Solo Hybrid programme is the perfect solution. It blends the natural freedom and instinctive air-scenting of mantrailing with the technical precision of traditional sport tracking. Absolutley perfect for anxious or reactive dogs, retired sports dogs or those who love to train!

Your dog learns to follow a precise ground trail, navigating markers and meticulously locating lost "scent articles" (dropped items) along the way. The beauty of this sport is its ultimate flexibility at the finish line:

Go Completely Solo: Teach your dog that the final lost scent article itself is the jackpot reward. This means you can lay a trail and work completely solo on your daily walks, no extra helpers or runners required.

Work with a Trail Layer: If you want to make it a team game, you can have a person lay the track and hide at the end of it, blending the ultimate scent article search precision with a classic human find.

To ensure you get the absolute most out of your training, our one to one packages can be booked as standalone sessions or as a block. Our 6 hour block gives you ultimate flexibility. Your hours can be split into individual sessions or combined into longer trails as your dog's stamina and confidence grow.
